"I think I will remember July 10, 2007 better than my wedding anniversary- it was the day I picked up my Dream Bike, a new 07 Heritage Classic (FLSTC). After all, I had only waited over 10 years for my first Harley. It was in 1997 when I had toured the H-D Plant in York, PA that the bug really bit me. But kids and finances had made me put my dream on hold. However, this wonderful reunion almost didn't happen. That's because the the first Harley Dealership I went to almost completely turned me off to this legendary American Iron. Fortunately, as I sat in the first dealership parking lot, my wife had found a phone book and sensing my dismay had found another dealership, Suffolk County Harley, that was opened late that night. Once there, I learned the importance of not only choosing the right scooter but the right dealership to go along with it. My salesman, Marc Beres, was not only the consummate professional from beginning to end (including the financial part), but he displayed a genuine concern that I was getting the bike that fit me physically as well as mentally. Then once I toured the immaculate Service Department, I knew I was in the right place. Dave, the manager, was also equally well suited for the occasion. As my concerns switched from emotional to practical, he made the necessary concessions so that I knew I was getting the best deal possible. Since that day, every visit to the dealership as been a pleasure trip. From Jason, Brian, Bob and Mike in parts to Big Jim and Texas John in service, it has been like the perfect ride and I have truly benefited from their knowledge and experience. If you are an ex-wrench like me, you don't want people that know less than you selling you. And no visit to Suffolk County Harley would be complete, without stopping off to see Doreen in Accessories. No guy likes to shop for clothes or at the very least admit that he does. Doreen always makes you feel comfortable in your skin while she helps you make the right choices to cover it. (I'm still getting compliments on the things I wear.) The other thing I really dig is the "Gold Rider Rewards." Now when my wife is cashing in her Macy's Rewards, I get to have fun too, when I cash in my Rider Rewards. Truly, a great program, better than "tires for life" or those other useless programs. And my salesman, Marc - he is still my rabbi when it comes to things with two wheels. He is never too busy to talk to you and pass on the valuable insight that he has gathered over the years and without making you feel like a rookie. So am I glad my wife, Marie made the call that night and I ended up at the right dealership- Suffolk County Harley. Now if I can just get her to stop looking over my shoulder at the speedo when we ride. (I know, Marc - get Marie her own ride, a nice Sporty would do.) Anyway, ride safe. Sincerely, Layne Urbas"

"I recently had my 2005 Deuce serviced & wanted to provide some feedback. The service department quoted a 5 day timeframe for my repairs. Within 4 days I received a call that the bike was ready. Not only was I was able to drop off the bike the same day I called (to avoid bad weather), but I was able to pickup the bike as late as 8PM. When I did, the bike was clean, had a full tank of gas & runs GREAT !!! special thanks to Steve for accomodating my schedule... VERY COOL !!! I will buy again,,, from SC HD !!! THANKS....."

"I have to say... the 883c I just picked up, is my first bike, I assumed that when I walked in, I would get "typical salesman" attitude", especialy in a place where the product can sell itself. Man I was so wrong! My salesman Cliff, was totaly no pressure... he wasn't concerned selling me what I could afford,,, he was concerned and insistent that I purchase the bike that "fit me best". I have to say,I'm 46 years old and buying my first bike, Cliff was who I needed to talk to... totaly no pressure, no attitude, just info,professional opinions, honesty and sincerity. I will not hesitate to return for accessories and service.They have the cleanest service dept, I've ever seen.. That says alot about the boys that work it. "Well I purchased my first harley from Ed back in 1981 when he was just a salesman Gene had to ok everything.A few years ago I went back to find out Ed the young salesman is now the owner. Well I purchased my 1990 Electa-glide from him. Since then I purchased my 1995 Road King from Ed. Thats three Harleys over 25 years with not even one problem. Where can you beat that.I am treated like gold every time I go in there. Even when I was a 21 year old kid buying my first Harley they treated me great. The service is second to none. Bob is the only person that has worked on my last two bikes.Always great service.I hope Ed knows what a great employee he really is.Then there is Jason at parts. He always has the correct answer,and a smile. When a friend of mine told me last week that he was buying a 2006 Dresser from another dealer,{ well after I told him about Suffolk Harley]we went down to see Ed and my friend will be picking up his new bike in a few weeks from the one and only Suffolk County Harley Davidson.I would like to thank Gene for teachng Ed how to run a business in the way he does. "The guys in service took the time to answer all my questions regarding aftermarket customizing. And when I picked up my bike Fritz explained every function of my motorcycle in explicit detail so when I rode away I had no questions on how to operate it. I went to another dealer with a friend when he picked up his bike and they showed him how to start it and sent him on his way. "100% top notch dealer that actually remembers who you are after they get your money. No preasure sales . Parts guys Take the time to talk to you. Got some great tips and tricks from them. The service dept. guys gave me 110% satisfaction on my re-call and service. Even when I showed up unanounced. Last but not least is Mr. Baron, My favorite crazy person.
